Terms of Service

1. The service

MozMail is provided by Moz Intelligence, Inc., a Delaware corporation (Delaware, USA). MozMail synchronizes email from Microsoft (Hotmail/Outlook) and Zoho mailboxes that you authorize, and lets you read it on the web, on mobile and through an API.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password and API keys secret, and are responsible for activity under your account and its sub-accounts. You must be at least 16 years old to use MozMail.

3. Acceptable use

• Connect only mailboxes that you own or are authorized to access.
• Do not use MozMail to send spam, phishing or unlawful content, or to violate the terms of Microsoft, Zoho or any other provider.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or bypass the limits and security of the service.

4. Plans and payment

MozMail offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Ultra plans with the limits shown in the app. Paid plans are billed as agreed when you upgrade. You may cancel at any time; the plan then runs until the end of the paid period.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to your email and data. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process it in order to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk. You may close your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

MozMail is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Moz Intelligence, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
