About MozMail
MozMail is built and operated by Moz Intelligence, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
What we do
MozMail brings email from the Microsoft (Hotmail/Outlook) and Zoho mailboxes you own into one place. You can read it on the web and on mobile, share a single mailbox with a teammate through read-only sub-accounts, and let your own software read messages, verification codes and activation links through a standard Bearer-token API.
How we work
- Read-first by design — sending is limited per plan so connected mailboxes stay in good standing with their providers.
- Your mailboxes, your data — mail stays in your own mailboxes; MozMail only synchronizes what you authorize, and secrets are encrypted at rest.
- Simple plans — start free with 2 mailboxes and upgrade to Pro or Ultra as you grow, without changing your integration.
